All undergraduate course information has now been updated in ACIR. The data we update is published for the Good Universities Guide.
All August Academic Board updates have been received and are being processed. The majority of tasks associated with each approval document have been actioned.
IRM staff are currently testing for Banner XE, the test plans were provided by Systems.
IRM has received the Units and Costs information for 2017 and are currently publishing the data. Once finalised, a link to this data will be available on the Course and unit costs webpage by COB, Friday 30 September.
The Course Coordinators Manual is now available.
Course Progression scribing is currently on hold as we work through updates from the August Academic Board.
We will continue to work through any ad hoc Course Progression queries to do with general maintenance and checking. A reminder that any course or unit specific queries, for example, enrolment or grades, should be directed to relevant areas.

When updating web information, please ensure the information complies with the Student Administration Style Guide located in the All Student Admin section of Knowledge Manager.
Please remember to visit the Student Notices and the student site (alerts on right hand side of page) regularly to ensure it stays current.
There is a public holiday on 3 October 2016 in Queensland and IRM staff will not be available.
