IRM are heading into peak period for the Handbook and Course Browser 2017 cycle so there may be slight delays with updating your requests. Please see table below for Turnaround times for Work Requests as a guide

IRM have put together a Newsletter Style Guidelines as a guide for updating Weekly reports located in the SA Weekly Reports Library in SharePoint.
We continue to ensure accessibility and readability of all our web pages to comply with the standards recommended by Vision Australia.
Are your tables accessible? Tables should always have headings on each of the columns and use text rather than images for example, avoiding a tick in place of Yes. Also to consider that table formatting is defined by the overall design of the web site and IRM generally do not have any control over these designs. (Special designs or alternative options can be discussed if it is an absolute necessity.)

You may be aware that following the launch of the new Student web site, there has been a change to updating content and information on these pages.
All requests submitted to IRM will be completed as per the standard procedure but the update will be submitted to workflow to be approved by your Manager. Once approved, your update will be sent to the workflow to be published by the Web Publisher. If at any stage an update is rejected, IRM will be alerted and we will follow up with the original requester.
We have received confirmation of completion of updates to Course Browser and Handbook Master files by most Faculties which were due 4 May 2016. IRM will be working through these updates shortly.
Other Handbook files including Faculty information and General information is due 25 May 2016.
We have finalised the 2016 updates for courses that are currently live in Course Progression and in the process of moving them into Production.
We continue to run ad hoc training for Faculty staff for Course Progression as and when required. We generally require that Faculty staff receive training before their access is granted.
When submitting work requests, please use the IRM Work Request Form and ensure that the wording complies with the Student Administration Style Guide located in the All Student Admin section of Knowledge Manager.
Student Notices and alerts
Changes to Student Notices or alerts should also be submitted via the IRM Upload Request form. Please remember to visit the Student Notices and the student site (alerts on right hand side of page) regularly to ensure it stays current.
