Enrolment Important Dates

2017 Re-enrolment Period

The 2017 Re-enrolment period ended 20 November 2016. Current students wanting to enrol for the 2017 Academic Year can still do so through Student Connect, however a late re-enrolment fee will be automatically applied. The following late fees apply to students re-enrolling after 20 November 2016:

$100 if re-enrolling between 21 November 2016 and 31 December 2016

$150 if re-enrolling between 1 January 2017 and 12 March 2017

COURSE COMPLETION

Apply to Course Complete – Applications now open!

Applications to course complete via Student Connect for Semester 2 2016 are now open. The final date to submit an ACC for Semester 2 2016 is 4 December 2016.

Any student who has not submitted an ACC and expects to complete the requirements of their course before 20 February 2017 should contact their Course Coordinator as soon as possible.

Applications to Course Complete for Semester 1 and Semester 2 2017 will open in January 2017.

Autumn 2017 Course Completions

The deadline for submission of Round 2 pro formas was 2 December 2016.

As at 7 December 2016 EF&S have processed 3476 students as XG – Expected to Graduate.

As Semester 2 2016 grades have now been released, EF&S will shortly commence course completing all eligible students who were pre-assessed as XG – Expected to Graduate.

A notification email will be sent to all students once they have been made course complete. A notification email will also be sent to those students assessed as NG – Not eligible to graduate.

Supplementary Round

Supplementary Round pro formas will be sent to Course Coordinators from 12 December 2016.

The final date for a student to be made course complete for Autumn 2017 is 23 February 2017.
