The Web Data Collector (WDC) has now closed, thanks to the School’s TLOs for getting the class requests in place for semester 1 2017.

Our team has implemented a new system to analyse the class information that was entered into the WDC, this has helped improve service and will aid the clean-up process of unit codes etc.

As timetable change request form (CRF) close for semester 2 2016, a new CRF will be opening for semester 1 2017. We have developed a new process for the TLO to request changes prior to class scheduling which will decrease the reliance on SharePoint reports. The new process will be more user friendly for all and have benefits to the section in terms of reporting

9 September Phase 1 RDM – new staff and staff availability – closes at 4pm
26 September WDC opens for Summer 2017 and Professional Terms 1 – 4 requests
10 October Semester 1 2017 Draft Timetable published to staff

Please note:
Timetabling staff members hold a weekly team meeting every Wednesday afternoon between 2pm and 3pm.
