ACU Student Portal
The new student portal went live on Thursday, 1 December. The developers are currently working through the outstanding technical issues with the portal. The IRM team is still waiting to be given administration access to the website. Please email IRM any urgent webpage updates for the Student Portal and we will forward the request on for action.
Academic Board and Faculty Board
The majority of the November Academic Board approvals are actioned with the exception of a couple of outstanding queries sitting with the faculties.
We are currently working through amendments from the last of the Faculty Board meetings for the year and expect to have the tasks finalised in the next week.
Work on the training and for Phase 5 of Course Progression has slowed due to staffing resources and the availability of Course Coordinators for testing this time of year.
We continue to work through ad hoc Course Progression queries pertaining to general maintenance and checking. A reminder that any course or unit specific queries, for example, enrolment or grades, should be directed to relevant areas.

When updating web information, ensure the information complies with the Student Administration Style Guide located in the All Student Admin section of Knowledge Manager.
