INFORMATION RESOURCES MANAGEMENT (IRM) SECTION
Additional training sessions for Course Progression have been extended until mid February. If your staff wish to attend, please contact Course Progression via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The selected courses for Phase 3 have now been scribed. In addition, all courses that have been released to students (ie on the live CP site), the 2015 course rules have now been scribed.
All AHEGS data has been migrated into Banner – many thanks to Systems for the work they have invested in making this come to fruition. IRM will start updating the content relevant to 2015 from next week. This task will be finalised by the end of the month.
The ACIR website is currently being updated with all Postgraduate and VET course information for 2015. ACIR is the home of publications such as “The Good Universities Guide”.

When submitting work requests, please use the IRM Work Request Form and ensure that the wording complies with the Student Administration Style Guide located in the All Student Admin section of Knowledge Manager.
Student Connect Noticeboard
Changes to the Student Connect Noticeboard should also be submitted via the IRM Upload Request form. Please remember to visit the noticeboard regularly to ensure it stays current.
