Our preferred method of communication is via email. Please send enquiries to email@example.com as we are not always able to take phone calls. The Admissions inbox is monitored by multiple Admissions staff which increases the chances of your email being responded to promptly.
To date, 1,503 applications have been submitted and we have received responses from the referees for 1,444 of these applicants. Assessment of the applications is ongoing, with offer decisions to be advised to applicants in late November.
To date, 1,075 offers have been made to successful applicants. 209 applicants have been advised that their EAP application was unfortunately, unsuccessful.
The remaining 170 applicants achieved excellent EAP scores, however, Admissions were unable to offer them their first preference as their chosen course had quota limits. These applicants have been contacted and encouraged to nominate an alternative course for study in 2016.
All email enquiries regarding EAP should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Admissions have commenced sending offers to applicants who have applied for the various postgraduate psychology courses on commencing in Semester 1, 2016.
Decisions are still to be made for the vast majority of applicants but we are starting to advise them of the outcome of their application.
Unsuccessful applicants usually fall into one of two categories - those that have not met the eligibility criteria for the course OR those that have met the criteria but due to the competitive nature of admission into their chosen program are unable to be offered a place at this time.
The applicant is advised which category they fall into, and AskACU have been updated regarding decisions coded into Banner so that any calls received can be answered directly at the point of call rather than needed to be referred on to either Admissions or the School for further detail.
The Admissions Team are excited to be working with AskACU on a joint call campaign aimed at improving the conversion of offers to enrolment and increasing the number of submitted applications for Semester 1, 2016.
Admissions are providing regular updates to the AskACU Call Campaign team who are making direct contact with students and applicants to encourage them to accept their offer or complete/submit their application.
The campaign aims to:
- increase the conversion rates of offers to enrolment
- decrease the number of incomplete/not submitted applications
- obtain direct user feedback on any elements of the applications/enrolment process that are causing concern
Keep an eye on this space for the results!
Only a handful of CD forms remain to be processed for students who have indicated their intention to return to study in Semester 1, 2016. Remaining requests have required further consideration but will be processed by the end of next week.
Processing of postgraduate transfer requests has commenced.
Undergraduate transfer processing will commence next week with the bulk of requests already received expected to be processed by the end of November.
Students can submit, change and cancel their transfer request up until 31 December 2015 but should be reminded that during the Christmas break, Admissions will not be processing any transfer requests.
