The Semester, 2 2015 Final Examination Timetable was published on Monday, 21 September.
Semester 2, 2015 central examinations will be held from 2 to 20 November 2015.
Applications for Deferred Examinations are available online. Students who meet the published criteria and submit the correct documentation will be approved by Student Administration.
Semester 2 Deferred Examinations will be held the week of 14 to 18 December 2015.
All Semester 2 main exam papers were due to be uploaded onto the Examination Management System by Friday 25 September 2015.
An extension has been granted for the submission of deferred exam papers (only) for Semester 2. Deferred exam papers can now be uploaded until Friday, 23 October.
The printing of main examination papers not uploaded by Friday, 25 September are now the responsibility of the Lecturer in Charge. The Lecturer in Charge will ensure the examination papers are printed and kept secure. The examination papers should be delivered to the Examination Distribution Room on Friday, 23 October (papers should be delivered to Team Leader AskACU Hub on Ballarat and Canberra campuses).
All Lecturers in Charge of units are expected to be available during the entire central examination period. It is the School’s responsibility to ensure the necessary resources are provided by the School/Faculty to meet the central examination requirements.
Results were released for Professional Term 5 and Trimester 2 on Wednesday, 16 September.
Results should only be left blank if there is outstanding work which has not yet been assessed eg where the student has handed in work but the assessment has not been finalised or an Application for Extension of Time for Submission of an Assessment Task has been completed.

Examinations & Results staff members hold a weekly team meeting every Tuesday morning between 9am and 10am.
