09 September 2015 WDC Stage 3 – Allocate Staff and Check Details – spreadsheets available
11 September 2015 POS data review and update concludes 4pm
29 September 201 WDC opens for Summer Timetable requests
12 October 2015 WDC closes for Summer Timetable requests at 4pm
15 October 2015 WDC opens for Professional Terms 1 – 4 (2016) requests
30 October 2015 Summer Timetable available
02 November 2015 WDC closes for Professional Terms 1 – 4 requests
02 November 2015 Semester 1 2016 Draft Timetable published for staff
18 November 2015 Draft Timetable change requests close midday
23 November 2015 Semester 1 2016 Provisional Timetable published
01 December 2015 Provisional Timetable change requests close midday
07 December 2015

Semester 1 2016 Timetable published for students

Web Room Booker (WRB) and Ad Hoc Room Bookings

Web Room Booker is now available for all Semester 2, 2015 bookings. Please refer to the WRB user guide Staff/Tools & Services/Room Bookings Online (How to Book a Room) for more information and advice. Assistance is available from TE&R and Campus Operations staff. WRB is available to all staff with an ACU log in.

Please note:

Timetabling staff members hold a weekly team meeting every Tuesday afternoon between 2pm and 3pm.
