Semester 2 examinations are currently being scheduled. Examinations are scheduled with regard to the mix of units undertaken by students. Priority is given to examinations for units with enrolments in excess of 400 students.

There are a large number of students with practical placements scheduled during the central examination period. All students are entitled to a study week. Students on practical placements will be granted deferred examinations if they meet the criteria.

Examination requests have been submitted requesting a specific date in the central examination period. Unfortunately, while we will do all we are able to accommodate, fulfilling all requests may not be possible. All Lecturers in Charge of units are expected to be available during the entire central examination period. It is the School’s responsibility to ensure the necessary resources are provided by the School/Faculty to meet the central examination requirements.

Central examinations are scheduled andadministered as outlined in the Examination Policy and Procedure – Staff/Students.
Semester 2, 2015 central examinations will be held from 2 to 20 November 2015.

All Semester 2 examinations papers (main and deferred) must be uploaded onto the Examination Management System by Friday, 25 September 2015.

Semester 1, 2015 (201530) interim grades of Deferred Exam ‘DE’ and Supplementary Assessment granted ‘NF’ rolled to fail on Friday, 14 August.

Results should only be left blank if there is outstanding work which has not yet been assessed eg where the student has handed in work but the assessment has not been finalised or an Application for Extension of Time for Submission of an Assessment Task has been completed.

2015 Important dates regarding the term codes, due date and release dates are available at Results – Staff.
