Enrolment Important Dates



Apply to Course Complete for Semester 2, 2015

Students intending on completing their studies at the end of Semester 2, 2015 will need to complete an Application for Course Completion in Student Connect. This will let us know that they intend to finish their course. Once their final results become available, their application will be sent to their Course Coordinator for assessment.

Spring Graduations

Applications for course completion for Spring 2015 Graduation ceremonies have now closed, if students intend to graduate in Spring 2015, they are being advised to contact their Course Coordinator immediately.

If these students have met their course requirements of their degree, the Course Coordinator can simply add their details to an Additions pro forma and return to Course.Completion@acu.edu.au for processing at any time. Students must be course complete by Wednesday 12 August 2015 in order to graduate at a Spring 2015 ceremony.

Course Completion Round

10 July 2015 EF&S email course completion pro formas and internal transcripts to Course Coordinators or nominated staff.
27 July 2015 DUE DATE for submission of completed pro formas to EF&S course.completion@acu.edu.au
12 August 2015 Absolute deadline for submission of Additions pro forma.

Students identified as Course Complete after 12 August 2015

Students identified as course complete after 12 August 2015 will not have their names included in the Graduation Programme and will not be able to attend the spring graduation ceremonies. This is due to external deadlines for printing of the graduation materials.
