EXAMINATIONS

Semester 1 2015 deferred central examination Timetable was published on 3 June 2015. Deferred examinations will be held from 13 July to 17 July.

The Lecturers in Charge of units with central deferred examinations are responsible for the preparation and submission of specially formatted papers required for students with Education Inclusion Plans (EIP). Specially formatted papers should be delivered to the Examination Distribution Room during 6 July to 10 July. If the student has an EIP and the examination has not been provided as required, the student will be directed to the School Office to speak directly with the LIC and/or Course Coordinator. A School-based examination will be required.

The Lecturers in Charge of units with central deferred examinations must collect the exam papers for marking no later than 20 July 2015.

All Lecturers in Charge of units requiring central examinations in Semester 2 2015 must submit an examination request. The Examination Management System is available via the Examination Information for Staff web page. The exam request system will open on Monday 27 July and close on Friday 14 August 2015.

Central examinations are administered as outlined in the Examination Policy and Procedure – Staff/Students. Semester 2 2015 central examinations will be held from 2 to 20 November 2015.

 

RESULTS

Semester 1 2015 results have been released on 9 July 2015.

Professional Term 4 (201547) results were released on 8 July 2015.

Results should only be left blank if there is outstanding work which has not yet been assessed eg where the student has handed in work but the assessment has not been finalised or an Application for Extension of Time for Submission of an Assessment Task has been completed.

Please note:

Examinations & Results staff members hold a weekly team meeting every Tuesday morning between 9am and 10am.
