2015 Re-enrolment

We are working hard at processing time tickets for students who failed to re-enrol during the re-enrolment period. We have been processing these requests on the same day as we received them to allow students plenty of time to enrol. Students who have not yet re-enrolled for 2015 will need to contact the Student Centre to request a time ticket.

The following late fee penalties apply:
1 January 2015 – 31 March 2015 = $150 Late Fee

Certificate/Diploma students that require re-enrolment

If a Certificate/Diploma student has not completed their course requirements within the specified timeframe and needs to re-enrol in 2015, Course Coordinator approval is required.

The reason for the process is because in the past, when Certificate/Diploma students were included in the time ticket allocation, they would enrol in units in Bachelor courses without applying for admission; normally these courses go for one year duration.

Therefore, if the Course Coordinator approves re-enrolment for a Certificate/Diploma student, they are required to email enrolments@acu.edu.au requesting a time ticket for that student.

EF&S Section will issue a time ticket and notify the student via their ACU email account.

To date, we have course completed 2,838 students and program completed 54 students with 1,769 still to be assessed.
We have processed 231 students that are currently not eligible to graduate.
We are about to commence sending Round 1 and we are over half way there!

8 January 2015

EF&S Section email course completion pro formas and internal transcripts to Course Coordinators/staff nominated by the School.

23 January 2015

DUE DATE for Course Coordinators/staff nominated by the School to email completed pro forma to EF&S Section at course.completion@acu.edu.au.
