The Examination Request System (EXAMSYS) opened on Monday 24 February and close on Friday 14 March 2014. No late request will be accepted, the data will transfer into the scheduling database on 15 March.
Requests for all Semester 1 central examination must be submitted via EXAMSYS.
Access to EXAMSYS will only be available via Examination Information for Staff.
Semester 1 2014 central examinations will be held 2 to 20 June. Deferred examination will be scheduled the week of 14 to 18 July.
This Semester all registered School Staff will be able to view all examination requests submitted by their School.
Examination Coversheets will now be generated from the examination request system. All information needs to be provided. Examination ‘Instruction to Students’ should be completed in the examination request submission.

Students cannot be made course complete and applications for admission to post graduate or alternative courses are being delayed due to missing results.
Results should only be left blank if there is outstanding work which hasn’t yet been assessed eg where the student has handed in work, but assessment hasn’t been completed or where the student has approval to hand something in late. Blank grades roll to a Fail (NN) after 12 months.
Students will be referred to their Lecturer in Charge for any queries regarding their results.
Academic staff members should only be entering grades as shown in Academic Regulations 7 Assessment Table 1 – Academic Grading Descriptors. Administrative grades should only be used by Student Administration.
