The re-enrolment period for continuing students for 2015 using Student Connect is between:
13 October - 24 November 2014.
Students who do not re-enrol by 23 November will incur a late fee.
Certificate/Diploma students that require re-enrolment
If a Certificate/Diploma student has not completed their course requirements within the specified timeframe and needs to re-enrol in 2015, Course Coordinator approval is required.
The reason for the process is because in the past, when Certificate/Diploma students were included in the time ticket allocation, they would enrol in units in Bachelor courses without applying for admission; normally these courses go for one year duration.
Therefore, if the Course Coordinator approves re-enrolment for a Certificate/Diploma student, they are required to email firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a time ticket for that student.
EF&S Section will issue a time ticket and notify the student via their ACU email account.

2015 Course Advice Sessions
The following email was sent to Faculty Managers on 6 November 2014 advising them of the process regarding the 2015 Course Advice Sessions:
Important information for Course Coordinators who wish to hold a Course Advice Session for commencing students. If you do not wish to hold a Course Advice Session, please ignore this request.
These sessions are designed to allow Course Coordinators to:
- meet with commencing students
- provide an overview of the course
- offer academic advice regarding the selection of units as well as for credit and/or recognition of prior learning.
Course Advice Sessions are not compulsory. It is up to the individual Schools/Course Coordinators to determine if a Course Advice Session is necessary for a particular cohort.
The suggested dates for sessions on each campus are outlined below. These dates have been scheduled around each offer round.

Once you have received confirmation of your room booking, please complete the online Course Advice Session Request form no later than Friday 21 November 2014.
