2014 Re-enrolment Period

Re-enrolment for the 2014 Academic Year ends on Sunday 24 November 2013. Late fee penalties will then apply for any students who require a time ticket for re-enrolment. Students who have not yet re-enrolled for 2014 will need to contact the Student Centre to request a time ticket.

The following late fee penalities apply:

  • 1 January 2014 to 9 March 2014 - $150 Late Fee

Confirmation of your enrolment emails

When a student varies their enrolment (add or withdraw units) via Student Connect they are sent a Confirmation of your enrolment email. Example included below-

Note: It is your responsibility to ensure you are enrolled in the correct units for your course and year level. If you have any doubts about your unit enrolment, check with your Course Coordinator. Important Dates

Course Completions

To date, we have course completed 3443 students and program completed 92 students with 888 still to be assessed. We have processed 202 students that are currently not eligible to graduate. We are nearly there!

If a student is completing their final semester of their course, they are required to complete an Application to Course Complete (ACC) Form (visit Enrolment Forms) in order to be assessed for course completion.

Round 2

17 February 2014

EF&S Section email course completion pro formas and internal transcripts to Course Coordinators/staff nominated by the School.

25 February 2014

DUE DATE for Ballarat, Canberra, Online and National students due to external graduation deadlines

07 March 2014

DUE DATE for Course Coordinators/staff nominated by the School to email completed pro forma to EF&S Section at course.completion@acu.edu.au

14 March 2014

Last day for Course Coordinators to submit an Additions Pro forma.


Students identified as Course  Complete after 14 March 2014

There is no guarantee that  students identified as course complete after 14 March 2014 (1 March for Ballarat and Canberra) will have their names included in the Graduation Programme. This is due to externaldeadlines for printing of the graduation materials.

If you identify students to be course completed after 14 March 2014 please contact EF&S Section immediately for further advice and instructions.
