AHEGS Website

The AHEGS website (http://www.acu.edu.au/ahegs) has now been finalised with the 2014 course information.

Course Progression Project

All the Information Sessions for Phase 2 of the project have been completed. There will be additional information sessions held in the first week of May.

Phase 2 of the project has closed and we are still waiting for the remainder of the testing feedback for a number of courses.

The Course Progression web page includes links to important information including:

  • the project overview;
  • pilot participants listing;
  • frequently asked questions;
  • user guides;
  • a video tutorial; and
  • an online feedback form.

The majority of issues raised from the Phase 1 Course Rules Analysis and Student Audit Testing feedback have been addressed. These changes have been made in the new test environment. Accounts for Faculty staff have been set up in this new environment where they are able to review their requested changes for acceptance and sign-off.

If there are any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact the Course Progression team.

Tony has returned from a Degree Works forum in Anaheim, USA. He has brought back several affirmations of and suggested improvements to our current processes, all of which will make Course Progression an invaluable tool for both students and Course Coordinators.

2015 Course Browser and Handbook

The Course Browser and Handbook master files have been made available to the Faculty Executive Officers for updating for the 2015 cycle. Course Browser updates are due on 2 May 2014, whilst the Handbook updates are due on 16 May.

Online Forms

Several Student Administration forms are currently being converted from PDF to online. In addition, some other existing PDF forms are being made accessible for the visually impaired students.
