We would like to thank you for your patience as we work through the back log of forms.
Late Addition of Unit
The last day to add a unit for Semester 1 2014 via Student Connect was 9 March 2014. Students can submit a Late Addition of Unit (LAU) form which requires approval by the Course Coordinator after consultation with the Lecturer-in-Charge. A $50 late fee applies between 10 March and 31 March 2014.

All pro formas returned by 17 March 2014 have been processed and academic transcripts sent.
If a student is completing their final semester of their course, they are required to complete an Application to Course Complete (ACC) Form (visit Enrolment Forms) in order to be assessed for course completion.
Round 2 Course Completions
The due date for the submission of completed Round 2 pro formas was 25 February 2014. Students not course completed by this date have been sent a letter advising that they have not been assessed as eligible to graduate.
Any student identified as being eligible to course complete after 7 March 2014 will be required to be submitted on an additions pro forma.
Last day for Course Coordinators to submit an Additions Pro forma is 14 March 2014.
There is no guarantee that students identified as course complete after 14 March 2014 (1 March for Ballarat and Canberra) will have their names included in the Graduation Programme. This is due to external deadlines for printing of the graduation materials.
If you identify students to be course completed after 14 March 2014, please contact EF&S Section immediately for further advice and instructions.
Ballarat and Canberra graduation booklets
The Ballarat and Canberra graduation booklets have now been printed. Any Ballarat, Canberra, National or Online students now assessed for course completion must be in attendance to have their award conferred at the Canberra and Ballarat ceremonies.
Course Coordinators must advise if students will be attending the ceremony in the important notes column on the Additions pro forma. If the student is unable to attend the graduation ceremony, they can have their award conferred at the next available Autumn graduation ceremony. The student can elect to attend an alternate ceremony or graduate in absentia.
