Late Addition of Units

Students wanting to add a Semester 2 unit will need to submit an Application for Late Addition of Unit/s (LAU) form (visit Enrolment Forms). Late fee penalties apply. As it is after the census date for Semester 2 2014, a $150 late fee will now apply.

Course Completions

Round 2

11 August 2014 EF&S Section email course completion pro formas and internal transcripts to Course Coordinators/staff nominated by the School.
22 August 2014 DUE DATE for Course Coordinators/staff nominated by the School to email completed pro forma to EF&S Section at course.completion@acu.edu.au
5 September 2014 Last day for Course Coordinators to submit an Additions pro forma.

The last day students could submit an Application to Course Complete (ACC) Form (visit Enrolment Forms) for Semester 1, 2014 was Friday 1 August. Students who have not yet submitted an ACC form but want to be course completed for Spring Graduation will now need to contact their Course Coordinator who will need to submit them on an Additions pro forma.

Please note that the deadlines for course completion are more strict than in previous rounds. Pro formas that are not submitted on time will not be processed for Spring 2014.

FORMS

Credit Forms
Please note that we currently have a high volume of Credit (CR) Forms for processing. Those forms required for course completion purposes are being prioritised. Any CR forms that are required for course completion should be marked as such and Enrolments notified via email at enrolments@acu.edu.au.

ACC Forms
Please be advised that we have a high volume of ACC forms for 201499 which we have yet to process. If students are enquiring about these, please advise that they we intend to have these complete before the re-enrolment period.

WC Forms
We are still getting WC forms for Semester 2, 2014. Students who submit their WC after the census date with enrolment in Semester 2, 2014 will still be financially liable for their unit/s.
