Course Browser and Handbook 2014
Staff are currently preparing the Course Browser, Handbook and Unit Description master files in SharePoint for the 2014 cycle. When complete, Faculty Executive Officers will be emailed to advise them to update these files for the 2014 academic year. This email will be sent towards the end of March.

Course Coordinators and Heads of School Directory
Faculty Executive Officers (FEOs) have been requested to provide an updated list of all Course Coordinator and Head of School contact details by 15 March. Once received, this information will available to all staff via Knowledge Manager. It is also requested that FEOs keep this information current by updating their directory as changes occur.

IRM are continuing to scribe Education courses, Theology and Philosophy courses and the Arts and Sciences majors that are a component of many courses across several faculties.

The team is currently updating information for all Postgraduate courses in the ACIR web site. This task is due for completion by the end of March and we are well on target. ACIR is the home of publications such as the Good Universities Guide.

When submitting work requests, please use the IRM Work Request Form and ensure that the wording complies with the Student Administration Style Guide in Knowledge Manager.

Student Connect Noticeboard
Changes to the Student Connect Noticeboard should also be submitted via the IRM Upload Request form.  Please remember to visit the noticeboard regularly to ensure it stays current.
