Course Progression Project

Two additional webinars were held this week with seven staff members attending.

The Course Progression web page includes links to important information including:

  • a video tutorial
  • an online feedback form

We are currently working all issues that have arisen from the Phase 1 Course Rules Analysis and Student Audit Testing feedback. As each issue is actioned, the relevant Course Coordinator will be notified and asked for sign-off, in which case that issue will be closed.

Once all issues from Phase 1 have been suitably addressed, work will commence on the scribing of Phase 2 courses, namely the remaining undergraduate courses from the Faculties of Health Sciences and Theology and Philosophy.

All IRM staff will be undertaking advanced DegreeWorks training from Tuesday 19 November through to Tuesday 26 November. These sessions will run from 8:30am to 12:30pm each day, so any work requests will be actioned in the afternoons.


During the past week, only 4 days of statistics were available (an incident has been lodged with Talisma in relation to this loss of reporting statistics).

Work Requests
When submitting work requests, please use the IRM Work Request Form and ensure that the wording complies with the Student Administration Style Guide in Knowledge Manager.

Student Connect Noticeboard
Changes to the Student Connect Noticeboard should also be submitted via the IRM Upload Request form. Please remember to visit the noticeboard regularly to ensure it stays current.
