Academic Board Approvals

Approvals from the October Academic Board have resulted in several impending changes that will impact the following systems that are maintained by IRM:

  • Course Browser
  • Handbook
  • Course Costs database
  • ACIR website
  • AHEGS database and website
  • Nomenclature spreadsheet
  • Course Progression

The majority of these changes will not be able to be made until such time as IRM has received the approved documentation, but once received, the changes will be made as soon as possible.

Course Progression Project

The third “go live” phase of the project was launched on 10 October. All participants involved in this phase have been advised via email and webinars have been scheduled for both this and next week.

Three webinars have been conducted so far with more to be held as requested, as not all participants have been able to attend to date.

As part of this phase, the Course Progression web page has now been made available and includes links to important information such as:

  • the project overview
  • pilot participants listing
  • frequently asked questions
  • user guides
  • a video tutorial
  • an online feedback form

If there are any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact the Course Progression team.
