Exam Request System (EXAMSYS) for Semester 2 examinations closed on Friday, 16 August at 4:30pm. No exam requets will be accepted after this date. EXAMSYS can be accessed directly on LEO or via the Examination Information for Staff page.

Units with multiple cohorts require a separate examination request for each unit code.
Separate requests must also be submitted if a unit is running on multiple campuses.

Special requests have been submitted regarding the scheduling of specific units, while TE&R will attempt to assist wherever possible, examinations must be scheduled as outlined in the Examination Policy and Procedures – Staff and Students.

Requests for writing booklets and/or General Purpose Answer sheets must be included in the original examination requests. These resources will not be supplied at the examination if they have not been requested.

Results should only be left blank if there is outstanding work which hasn’t yet been assessed eg where the student has handed in work, but assessment hasn’t been completed or where the student has approval to hand something in late. Blank grades roll to a Fail (NN) after 12 months.

Any remaining Semester 1 201330 ‘DE’ and ‘NF’ grades rolled to Fail (NN) on Friday, 16 August.
