Course Browser and Handbook 2014

Both the Course Browser and Handbook for 2014 were released on Thursday, 1 August last week. The Course Browser opened for the Main Admissions period on Monday, 5 August.
IRM would like to thank those staff members who were involved in the provision of information. Special thanks also goes to the Web Services team for their assistance in getting the Course Browser to seamlessly cut over to the 2014 courses.
Note: Some fine-tuning of course information has been occurring since the course browser opened on 1 August. In order for you to see the most up-to-date content for a course, please remember to do a hard refresh (press and keys simultaneously) when viewing the course.

Course Costs 2014

Further adjustments have been made to the Course Costs database for 2014 as a result of more last-minute changes to course offerings. These changes have been made in the relevant Banner screens and the updated database forwarded to Systems for their cross-checking purposes. The database provides the indicative first year fees for CSP, FEE Paying and International students for all courses being offered in 2014. The database will be made available in the “Fees Information 2014” section of the Students website in the coming week. In addition, these indicative costs are now displaying in the Course Browser as of 1 August.

Course Progression Project

On Monday 12 August, a training webinar is being held for those Course Coordinators who have been selected to participate in the Course Rules Analysis phase of the Course Progression Project. The purpose of this webinar is to enable Course Coordinators to gain an understanding of the system and to ensure that the course rules have been interpreted accurately.
