Applications for deferred examination closed on Friday 28 June at 4 pm

The deferred examination timetable will be published on Friday 5 July.

The deferred central examinations will be held the week of 15 to 19 July.

Students unable to attend a scheduled deferred examination will need to complete an Application for Special Consideration.

All important dates regarding examinations are shown on the Examination Information for Staff page.

Results will be released to students, via multiple channels, from 2pm, Thursday 11 July, 2013.

Final grades must be entered on Student Connect by 10 pm, Tuesday 9 July to be included in the 11 July results release.

A staff member must be registered as a ‘Primary Instructor’  to enter grades.  Primary Instructors are responsible for ensuring final grades have been ratified and are entered according to approved Academic Grading Descriptors

Primary Instructors may continue to enter grades on Student Connect after 11 July but only in cases where the final grade was not previously entered. In the case where a grade has been entered and has been ‘rolled’ in Banner, a Change of Grade Form must be completed and submitted to the Student Centre to amend the grade.

Students enquiring about missing grades are directed to contact their Lecturer and/or School Office.

Results should only be left blank if there is outstanding work which has not been assessed, or where the student has an approval to hand assessment in late.

Important dates regarding the term codes, due dates and release dates are shown on the Results – Staff page.
