2014 Unit Data (FEO Advice)
The 2014 Unit Data review has commenced. Thank you to those FEOs and administrative staff who have completed the review of their 2014 Unit List on SharePoint and sent their return confirmation to Systems (31 May due date). Reminder emails have been sent to Faculties and Administrative units, who have not yet completed the review.
Systems will now commence work on new unit data or required amendments to existing unit offering data. The Unit Lists are still available on SharePoint for any further amendments, but we would appreciate email advice to firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of any further changes made to the Lists.
We will keep you advised of our progress with this task, prior to the submission of the 2014 Unit offering data to Department of Education, Employment, and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) later in the year.
Tertiary Admissions Centre (TAC) Uploads
The following TAC and International Office Electronic Uploads have been processed:
Thursday, 20 June - UAC – 66 offers
Friday, 21 June- VTAC- 181 offers.
Grade Entry ProcessIt has been brought to our attention that some staff believe the grade entry via Student Connect has been made unavailable, please note, this is incorrect. Staff who wish to data enter results via Student Connect are still able to do so; both the Banner Grade Upload process and the Student Connect data entry of results are available.
Student Systems TrainingTraining on Banner, Student Connect and SARS will run throughout June, please visit the Banner and Student Systems Training web page for session details, dates and times. All module content/training guides will be made available to attendees after each session via the Student Systems Training SharePoint site.
