Winter Timetable

The Winter Timetable is now available. At present, no requests for the Autumn Timetable have been received.

Semester 1 2013 Timetable

Visit Timetables to access the Semester 1 2013 Timetable for all campuses.

Please note that some classes continuing during the examination period have been relocated to allow for Central Examinations. Schools and the staff concerned have been notified of these changes.

Semester 2 2013 Timetable

The Draft Timetable has now been released and is available from the link on the Staff Timetabling webpage. Draft Timetable changes are due by midday Friday 7 June.

Timetabling are utilising SharePoint for actioning change requests for the coming semester and we appreciate your patience through some of the initial teething problems as we introduced this new system.

Please continue to use the School’s most recent Staff Availability Spreadsheet at any time to update staff availabilities for the coming semester.

Web Room Booker (WRB) and Ad Hoc Room Bookings

Web Room Booker is now available for 2013 bookings into non-teaching spaces. Please refer to the WRB user guide Staff/Tools & Services/Room Bookings Online (How to Book a Room) for more information and advice. Assistance is available from TE&R and Campus Operations staff. WRB is available to all staff with an ACU log in.
