Types of Student holds
- eCAF hold – eCAF stands for electronic submission of the Commonwealth Assistance Form. This hold restricts students varying their enrolment until the eCAF is submitted for a particular study period.
- TC – TC hold is a Temporary Cancellation hold which is commonly used by the Fees Section. This hold is administratively applied if students have outstanding tuition fees after the census date for a particular study period.
- International students have the TC hold applied if they have outstanding tuition fees greater than 0 and Fee-paying/CSP students have the TC hold applied if they have outstanding fees greater than $200.
- FH – A financial hold restricts a student from receiving their transcript, varying their enrolment and receiving a result in any program or unit. We apply a financial hold for penalty charges, for example, the SSAF, Reinstatement charge and/or the Late Penalty fees but will not result in cancellation of enrolment. The hold will remain on the students account until debts are paid.
