2013 Re-enrolment

Re-enrolment for 2013 ended on 18 November 2012. Students who have not yet re-enrolled for Semester 1 will need to submit a Late Addition of Unit/s form and will incur a $200 late fee ($150 LATR and $50 LAU).

Mid-year Re-enrolment

If students wish to enrol in any of the following study periods they must enrol between 15 April 2013 and 11 August 2013 using Student Connect.

  • Winter Term
  • Semester 2
  • Spring Term A
  • Spring Term B
Late fee penalties apply to students re-enrolling after 11 August 2013.
(Note - the last day to enrol into a Winter Term unit without a late fee is 2 June 2013).

Accidental Withdrawal

If a student contacts the Student Centre stating they withdrew from unit/s in error within 48 hours of making the changes in Student Connect, the Student Centre advises the student to send an email from their ACU student email account to the Student Centre generic email account stating that they have withdrawn in error. Student Centre then forwards to EF&S for processing. If a student has contacted the Student Centre more than 48 hours after receiving withdrawing from the unit/s, they are required to submit a Late Addition of Unit/s form and will be charged the applicable late fee.

Canberra, Ballarat, Brisbane and Sydney Graduation

The Canberra, Ballarat, Brisbane and Sydney graduation booklets have now been printed. Any Canberra, Ballarat, Brisbane and Sydney students assessed for course completion from now on must attend the graduation ceremony to have their award conferred.

Course Coordinators must advise if students will be attending the ceremony in the important notes column on the Additions pro forma. If the student is unable to attend the graduation ceremony, they can have their award conferred at the next available Autumn graduation ceremony. The student can also elect to attend an alternate ceremony or graduate in absentia.
