Course Browser and Handbook 2014
Staff are finalising the preparation of the Course Browser, Handbook and Unit Description master files in SharePoint for the 2014 cycle. When complete, Faculty Executive Officers will be emailed to advise them to update these files for the 2014 academic year. This email will be sent next week.
Course Coordinators and Heads of School Directory
Final Reminder: Faculty Executive Officers (FEOs) were requested to provide an updated list of all Course Coordinator and Head of School contact details by 15 March. Once received, this information will available to all staff via Knowledge Manager. It is also requested that FEOs keep this information current by updating their directory as changes occur.
Some faculties have not yet actioned this request and have been sent reminder emails. It would be greatly appreciated if this request could be finalised as soon as possible.
IRM are currently scribing courses in preparation of a pilot launch in Brisbane later this year. Once the pilot courses have been scribed, work will resume on all other courses.
All Postgraduate courses in the ACIR web site have been updated with 2013 information. ACIR is the home of publications such as the Good Universities Guide.
Connection issues with Talisma are stopping activity reports from being produced. The issue has been raised with Talisma and they are working on resolving the problem. What this also means is that we are unable to update any articles until our connection is re-established.
The problem does not stop people from searching AskACU and/or Knowledge Manager.

When submitting work requests, please use the IRM Work Request Form and ensure that the wording complies with the Student Administration Style Guide in Knowledge Manager.
Student Connect Noticeboard
Changes to the Student Connect Noticeboard should also be submitted via the IRM Upload Request form. Please remember to visit the noticeboard regularly to ensure it stays current.
