The Deferred Examination timetables were published on Friday 7 December.  The deferred examinations will be held the week of 17 to 21 December 2012.  A Staff member may view the Campus Examination Timetables or View a Student’s Personal Examination Timetable on the Examination Information for Staff web page.

All deferred examination papers should be collected by an academic staff member from the Campus Distribution Room by 4 pm on Friday 21 December. Examination papers not collected from the Distribution Rooms will be taken to the Student Centres.

Students’ results are being sent to the students’ ACU email accounts.  The emails will be sent to the students from 2.00 pm (EST) Thursday 13 December.

Students will be instructed to contact their Lecturers in Charge and/or School Administration Office if their grade has been left blank.

The timely submission/data entry and finalisation of grades is essential.  Not allocating a final grade (ie the grading code is left blank) by the submission due date will create delays in the processes, additional administrative work and may result in ineligible students being granted a supplementary assessment.  Where a student has unit(s) with no final grade(s) allocated, the unit(s) will be treated as a pass grade until a final result is entered.

Results should only to be left blank if there is outstanding work which hasn't yet been assessed - eg where the student has handed in work, but assessment hasn't been completed, or where the student has approval to hand assessment in late.

Submission of Results via Student Connect.  Please refer to the user guides for entering results and the link for Banner reports on the Staff Results page.
