Student Connect – Summary Class list
The ‘Summary Class List’ in Student Connect provides staff with the ‘Email class’ option. Please note that this will only work for classes up to the quota of 85 students, due to character limitations in the Address fields in Microsoft Outlook.
If you need to email a class list with a quota over 85 students, then please use the Unit Enrolment Student list under Faculty Reports in Student Connect. The output will be in Excel, you just need to copy the email column and paste the email addresses into your email.
Alternatively, you can use Tutorial Direct to obtain email addresses from a class list.
