Important Dates 2013
The Important Dates Calendar for 2013 webpage has been published.  As a result, individual calendar events have also been created.  These calendar events will automatically appear in the Calendar as each event date happens.

Course Coordinators Manual
Final reminder to all section managers - all updates for the Course Coordinators Manual were due back with IRM by Friday, 14 September.  The documents can be found in the Course Coordinators Manual library in SharePoint.

Course Costs Database 2013
The most up-to-date version of the Course Costs database for 2013 has been created and will be published on the web in due course.

Academic Board Documentation
IRM received the relevant documents from the August Academic Board this week.  These documents will now be scrutinised to update the following systems/applications as required:

  • Course Browser
  • Handbook
  • Course Costs database
  • Nomenclature schedule
  • ACIR website

Scribing of the outstanding Faculty of Health Sciences undergraduate and postgraduate courses for Academic Years 2010 through to 2013 is progressing very well.  The majority of courses have been completed with only those courses presenting difficulties still incomplete.
Scribing has also commenced on both the Faculty of Law and Faculty of Business courses.

Work Requests
When submitting work requests, please use the IRM Work Request Form and ensure that
the wording complies with the Student Administration Style Guide in Knowledge Manager.

Student Connect Noticeboard
Changes to the Student Connect Noticeboard should also be submitted via the IRM Upload Request form.  Please remember to visit the noticeboard regularly to ensure it stays current.
