Student Connect – Summary Class list
The ‘Summary Class List’ in Student Connect provides staff with the ‘Email class’ option. Please note that this will only work for classes up to the quota of 85 students, due to character limitations in the Address fields in Microsoft Outlook. If you require to email a class list with quota over 85 students, then please contact Student Systems for assistance.
2013 Unit Data (FEO Advice)
All 2013 unit offering data received to Friday 10 August, has been entered in Banner (CRNs created). Work will commence on the DEEWR unit file (first half year of 2013) in early September. Any late additions or amendments to the 2013 unit offering data, should be submitted via the request files in SharePoint by Friday 31 August. Please use the Unit Changes after 2 July tab for this purpose. FEOs should also send an email to Systems, advising of any change made to the unit data in SharePoint. The 31 August due date will allow sufficient time to prepare and submit the unit file to DEEWR in September.
DEEWR Reporting Update
The 2013.1.2 Campus file has been submitted to DEEWR on 20/08/2012.
