Spring A and B Timetables
These timetables are available from the Class Timetables page.

Tutorial Direct
Students may still make changes to their classes, provided spaces are available, until 17 August when the system will be converted to Read Only mode.  After this time, staff will still be able to utilise the system to print out class lists.

Activity Utilisation Reports
Activity Utilisation Reports showing the comparison between predicted and actual enrolments in each unit being offered by the various Faculties will be provided until the beginning of Week 3 of the semester.  The accompanying email provides the necessary information with respect to actions which may need to be taken in response to the report.

Web Data Collector
WDC opens on Monday to begin the data collection process for Semester 1 next year.
WDC allows TLOs to nominate the Modules which Schools wish to offer and the Templates (ie types of classes eg Lectures, Tutorials) that will be offered for each Module as well as any other information of which Timetabling should be aware when preparing the timetable. An email providing links to User Guides, data collection stages and other information will be sent to Schools. This information may also be accessed via the link on the Staff Timetabling webpage. WDC Stage 1 will close at 3pm on Friday 31 August. Should Schools find that any Modules are not listed or if any other assistance is required, please do not hesitate to phone us or email Timetabling (timetabling@acu.edu.au).
