Late Addition of Unit
The last day to add a unit for Semester 2 2012 via Student Connect was 12 August 2012. Students can submit a Late Addition of Unit (LAU) form which requires approval by the Course Coordinator after consultation with the Lecturer-in-Charge. A $50 late fee applies between
13 August 2012 and 31 August 2012.

Course Completions

EF&S can no longer accept Application to Course Complete (ACC) forms for students intending to graduate at the Spring 2012 ceremonies. Round 2 course completion pro formas were sent out to Course Coordinators 7 August 2012. No further rounds of pro formas will be sent for Spring 2012.

Students wishing to graduate at the Spring 2012 ceremonies but did not submit an ACC form should be advised to contact their Course Coordinator, who can submit an ‘Additions’ pro forma.

Students expecting to complete the requirements of their course in Semester 2 2012 are to submit their Application to Course Complete (ACC) form online via the ACU website.

As of 14 August 2012-

  • 903 students have been course / program completed for Spring 2012 graduation.
  • 109 students have been assessed as not eligible to course complete.
  • 151 students have applied to graduate but are yet to be assessed as either course complete or not eligible to course complete.
