Semester 2 2012 Timetable
The Published Timetable can be accessed via Course Management on the Student and Course Management webpage.

All change requests are to be submitted through the School’s TLO and need to conform to Section 7.5 of the Timetabling Policy and Procedures. With the exception of instances outlined in the policy, change requests must include the reason for a change to occur and endorsement by the HOS. Change requests are due by 12pm 17 August.

Winter Timetable
The Winter Timetable is available by clicking on the link provided on the Class Timetables webpage.

Tutorial Direct
Tutorial Direct has now opened for all students. On Friday 20 July at 3.30pm, the system will close for a Force Sort in order to place unallocated students into classes and then reopen at 4.30pm. Provided that there are spaces available in other classes which have been assigned to their course of study, students will still be able to adjust their class allocations up until 8 August, when the system will convert to Read Only mode.  

Please be mindful of the fact that some timetable changes made from now on will not be reflected on student timetables ie any students who have already enrolled in a class may have their enrolment in that group negated. It is essential that, should a change have to take place, any affected students are notified by the School.

Activity Utilisation Reports showing the comparison between predicted and actual enrolments in each unit being offered by the various Faculties will be distributed to Schools in the coming weeks.

Web Room Booker (WRB) and Ad Hoc Room Bookings
Web Room Booker is now available for 2012 bookings into teaching spaces.   Please refer to the WRB user guide Staff/Tools & Services/Room Bookings Online (How to Book a Room) for more information and advice. Assistance is available from TE&R and Campus Operations staff.  WRB is available to all staff with an ACU log in.
