Semester 2 2012 Timetable
The Provisional Timetable was released for staff last Friday and can be accessed via Course Management on the Student and Course Management webpage. It is important that all staff, especially Course Coordinators, check this version.

All change requests are to be submitted through the School’s TLO and need to conform to Section 7.4 of the Timetabling Policy and Procedures. With the exception of instances outlined in the policy, change requests must include the reason for a change to occur and endorsement by the HOS. Change requests were due by 4pm 22 June.

Tutorial Direct
Tutorial Direct will open on Monday 2 July so that staff can buffer classes and/or apply constraints. Instructions on how to carry out these procedures can be found on the Staff Tutorial Direct webpage.

Tutorial Direct opens to staff for buffering and application of constraints

Spring A & B Timetable request spreadsheets sent to TLOs

6 July

Tutorial Direct opens to Qld students at 9am

9 July

Tutorial Direct opens to NSW and ACT students at 9am

11 July

Tutorial Direct opens to Vic students at 9am

13 July

Spring A & B Timetable request spreadsheets due 4pm

20 July

Spring A & B Timetable published

Web Room Booker (WRB) and Ad Hoc Room Bookings
Web Room Booker is now available for 2012 bookings into teaching spaces.
Please refer to the WRB user guide Staff/Tools & Services/Room Bookings Online (How to Book a Room) for more information and advice. Assistance is available from TE&R and Campus Operations staff. WRB is available to all staff with an ACU log in.
