Revision file 28 was run on BANNER on 3 April and has now been accepted by DEEWR. This submission reported all revision changes entered on BANNER between July 2011 and 3 April 3 2012.

Time Ticket Allocation - 2012 midyear re-enrolment period
G4 time tickets have been allocated, to enable continuing students, who are currently not enrolled in 2012, to register in 2012 units via Student Connect, from 16 April to 12 August.

The G4 time ticket was allocated to 4,152 students. The G4 time ticket has been applied to the 201245, 201260, 201265 and 201275 terms.

! A New Primary Instructor Access Request Procedure
In an effort to streamline the grade submission process in Student Connect, we have forwarded each Faculty and School a spreadsheet to list all Primary Instructors authorised to enter grades for 2012 Semester One units. The intention of this process is to collect the Primary Instructor data in a single document, eliminating the need for individuals to submit the access request form online. This new procedure is intended for the standard study periods, Semester 1 and 2 only and for other non-standard terms staff are required to submit the Primary Instructor Access Request form as per normal. Student Systems will process the Primary Instructor requests progressively as we receive the spreadsheet back from the designated faculty and school staff members. The final date for the return of the document is 11th May.
