Information Resource Management
The Faculty Master files and Unit Description Master files have now been sent to the typesetter. Any further changes provided to IRM for these documents will not be included in the hardcopy of the handbook. However late changes will still be able to be included in the web version of the 2012 Handbook.
Course Costs Database
The Course Costs database has been updated with the course approvals as per the October Academic Board. We are now awaiting further updates following the December Academic Board. Once updated, DEEWR will be notified.
IRM Staff are continuing to "scribe" postgraduate courses.
New Student Website
ACU’s new student website is due to go live next Thursday 15th December. We have been having discussions with IT regarding link management and we are hoping all links will be successfully moved across. However, if you find any broken links on any of your pages please let us know so these can be restored as soon as possible.
The reporting statistics data has not been updating since 13th November 2011, the problem has been reported to all stakeholders, we are awaiting further advice.
When submitting work requests, please use the IRM Work Request Form and make sure that your wording complies with the Student Administration Style Guide, which can be found in Knowledge Manager.
Student Connect Noticeboard
Changes to the Student Connect Noticeboard should also be submitted via the IRM Upload Request form. Please remember to visit the noticeboard regularly to ensure it stays current.
