Human Resources Delegations

The ACU delegations identify those authorities who are able to make key decisions in relation to a number of functions in the University.  The delegations outline the lines of authority for approval and decision making.  Delegations for Human Resources functions relate specifically to Recruitment and appointment; Assignment and acting appointment; Employment-related payments and working arrangements; Leave; Managing for performance; Separation from employment Working with Children and Vulnerable Persons; and Police checks.

Please note that as of 18 September 2014, the Human Resources delegations have been incorporated into the university-wide Delegations of Authority Policy and Register.
