Campus Operations provides services to the following areas:
- Staff and Postgraduate Kitchens on levels 1,2,3,4 and Mon Sejour
- Staff Kitchen Level 4 - 250 Victoria Parade
- Staff Room Level 5 - 250 Victoria Parade
- Staff Kitchen - 174 Victoria Parade
Campus Operations provides tea, coffee, stirrers, sugar, milk, scourers, dishcloths and dishwashing liquid for each of these areas. The kitchens are serviced by the catering staff on a regular basis and general cleaning carried out each evening.
Refrigerators, dishwashers and microwaves that have been provided by Campus Operations will also be serviced on a regular basis at the start of each month.
Individual staff are responsible for washing, drying or stacking in dishwashers as wells as clearing all dishes and crockery on a daily basis. Items not cleared will be disposed of.
Please consider others and cover your food while using the microwave. This will prevent unnecessary spillage and cleaning for others.
Crockery and cutlery
Staff kitchens are supplied with crockery and cutlery every 5 years. The last supply was made in 2009 with mugs/plates/knives/forks and teaspoons.
