Lights in TDMB
TDMB uses low-energy fluorescent lights in the ceiling (pictured right) that eliminate the head-ache inducing flicker common to older fluorescent lights.

There are also lamps located on each desk, to give staff and students more control over their lighting needs.

The building also has automatic lighting control system that sense the amount of daylight and the number of occupants in a space to switch lights on and off according to the need for those lights. Nonetheless, there are plenty of light switches so that you can control the lighting in your local area yourselves.
