Campus Operations is responsible for the provision of all buildings and facilities on Canberra Campus. They also offers a range of services to ACU staff. For a full list of these please visit our services page.

  • Blackfriars Reception: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm, (02) 6209 1100
  • Maintenance available from 8:00am to 5:00pm, (02) 6209 1111

Campus buildings are open from 7:30am to 8:30pm Monday to Friday.

Email:

  • DL-Cops-Signadou – email goes to all Facilities Management staff at the Canberra Campus
  • DL-Sig-Reception – email goes to Darren Lomas, Natalie Collins, Kay Ryall and Maxine Hartwig.

Web Room Booker: (available via the web 24/7): room bookings, motor vehicle bookings, car parking spaces, functions (contact Natalie Collins (02) 6209 1127 if you need assistance with this)

Service Desk: If Web Room Booker is not working or the dates are not highlighted, then send your Campus Operations request to the Servicedesk via email - Servicedesk@acu.edu.au or phone (07) 3623 7272.

Urgent Attention: Phone 1300 729 452. This goes to the ACU National Operations Centre, which is attended 24/7. Security Phone (02) 6209 1108 Monday to Friday 8:30am – 9.30pm, Saturday/Sunday 12 noon to 6pm.

Out of Business Hours: If you want to leave a message out of normal business hours and it is not urgent then please send an email as first priority or phone Reception on (02) 6209 1100 and leave a message.
