Properties & Facilities is responsible for the provision of all buildings and facilities on Canberra Campus. They also offers a range of services to ACU staff. For a full list of these please visit our services page.
Contacting Properties & Facilities
- Blackfriars Reception: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm, (02) 6209 1100
- Maintenance available from 8:00am to 5:00pm, (02) 6209 1111
Campus buildings are open from 7:30am to 8:30pm Monday to Friday.
- Concierge.Can@acu.edu.au’ – email goes to all Facilities Management staff at the Canberra Campus
Web Room Booker: (available via the web 24/7): room bookings, motor vehicle bookings, car parking spaces, functions (contact Natalie Collins (02) 6209 1127 if you need assistance with this)
Service Desk: If Web Room Booker is not working or the dates are not highlighted, then send your Properties & Facilities request to the Servicedesk via email - Servicedesk@acu.edu.au or phone (07) 3623 7272.
Campus Security: Phone 1300 729 452. This goes to the ACU National Operations Centre, which is attended 24/7. Security Phone (02) 6209 1108 Monday to Friday 8:30am – 9.30pm, Saturday/Sunday 12 noon to 6pm.
