Janet Farrow: BSW MBA, presently enrolled in a Graduate Diploma in Law, Monash University.

Janet was the recent CEO of Moreland Hall a Uniting Church centre for drug and rehabilitation and prior to that was a senior policy adviser in the Victorian Government's Department of Premier and Cabinet, serving on the secretariat of the Premier's Drug Advisory Council.

She is a member of the Multiple and Complex Needs Panel, Adult Parole Board of Victoria, Barwon Health Board and the Council of the Institute of Forensic Mental Health; a director of the Footscray Community Arts Centre; and an expert reviewer for the Ian Potter Foundation.

Janet won a Churchill Fellowship in 2001 to examine treatment and support programs for individuals and their families where substance abuse, family violence or mental disorders are present. In 2003 Janet completed the Williamson Community Leadership Program.

Michael O'Sullivan:
Michael is the President of the Australian Council of Superannuation Investors (ACSI). ACSI was established in 2001 to carry out independent research into all areas of Corporate Governance. Its 42 member superannuation funds hold more than AUD$260 billion. Michael is also a member of the Board of Governors of the International Corporate Governance Network, based in London. He is Chairman of CARE Superannuation Fund, an Industry pension Fund for private sector clerical, professional and managerial employees and a public offer fund. He has served the Fund as a member of its Administrative, Investment and Risk Management Audit & Compliance Committees, and as Board Chairman and Deputy Chairman. He was National Executive President of the Australian Services Union.

Jamie Pearce: LLB, BSW. Management consultant
Jamie worked with Tavistock Institute in London, Hay Associates, Ernst & Young and is presently the director of own consultancy. His clients include the National Australia Bank, SBS Broadcasting, Industry Superannuation Property Trust and BUPA Australia.

Jamie has been involved in curriculum and teaching at RMIT and Swinburne University; he is a foundation member of the Australian Institute of Socio-Analysis and a board member of Social Policy Connections and PolMin to advance social justice based on Catholic social teaching.

Jamie is a also a member of the Chapter of Saint Paul's Cathedral and a former member of the Council of the Anglican Diocese of Melbourne.

Richard Wilson: BSc, MBA, Grad Dip Theology
Richard Wilson is a Business Transformation Consultant with IBM, specialising in business process analysis and design. Previously he worked with software and consulting firms, Telstra and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. He served for 13 yrs in London, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore in policy analysis and formulation, diplomatic representation and intelligence and security analysis.
