Work safely and efficiently at your workstation. For guidance about applying these principles, complete one of the ergonomic checklists for your workstation(s) (below) and read the Working Efficiently and Safely Presentation.
Staff are also encouraged to search for online resources about workstation exercises to reduce fatigue.
Staff can request an ergonomic assessment (paid for by staff members' organisational units) if they are still experiencing fatigue after completing the Ergonomic Checklist for Your Workstation.
Staff that have sustained an injury may also request an ergonomic assessment. Relevant Nominated Supervisors often brief Ergonomists about these workstation assessments as they assess any recommendations that are made by an ergonomic assessor.
