Take Down Notices

Any notification claiming infringement of copyright by a copyright owner or agent to the Designated Officer must contain the following information:

1. a description of the copyright material;
2. sufficient information for the University to locate the allegedly infringing material (eg URL);
3. sufficient information to enable the University to contact the copyright owner or representative;
4. a signed statement that the complainant is either the copyright owner or agent of the copyright owner.
