ACU’s Law programs have a distinctive international favour. All students undertake internationally focused subjects such as Comparative Legal Systems and International Human Rights Law.
Ethical and practical
ACU’s law programs aim to create ethical and practical legal practitioners who understand the challenges of law in modern society.
Pro bono legal work
ACU introduces law students to the workings of the legal profession by exposing them to 240-320 hours of volunteer legal work. The placements provide an opportunity to meet, observe and work with organisations serving the public interest.
Law Induction Week
ACU hosts Law Induction Week each year to give a unique introduction to the study of law through introductory law lectures, mooting, court visits, legal profession events and social activities.
