Professor Brian Fitzgerald, Executive Dean
Professor Fitzgerald holds postgraduate degrees in Law from Oxford University and Harvard University. He was previously Head of the School of Law and Justice at Southern Cross University and Head of the School of Law at Queensland University of Technology. He has also served on the Australian Government’s ‘Government 2.0 Taskforce’ and Advisory Council on Intellectual Property (ACIP).
Dr Heather Forrest, Associate Dean, Learning and Teaching
Dr Forrest holds a Juris Doctor from the College of William & Mary, the oldest law school in the United States. She attended the University of London on a full scholarship and earned a Master of Laws in Computer and Communications Law. She is considered an expert in the area of internet domain name policy and represents intellectual property interests in internet policy development.
Professor Spencer Zifcak, Associate Dean, Research
Professor Zifact received his Ph.D from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He specialises in the field of international law, international human rights law and constitutional law. Professor Zifcak was Vice-President of the Australian Section of the international Commission of Jurists for ten years and was recently President of the prominent civil rights advocacy organisation, Liberty.
