"I was interested in doing higher studies in the field of Art, but I couldn't get into the University of Sri Lanka.
I chose to study at ACU National mainly because the course description matched my interest of study. Their course fees were lower than the other universities and also it was situated in the city.
ACU National is smaller in size and capacity compared to many famous universities, but I think that is the biggest advantage of learning there. Everyone gets very good attention from lectures, easy access to facilities and very good personal support by the dedicated and friendly staff.
I am glad that I was able to have an industry placement while studying as it is very important to have such experience.
In my case I was very lucky to work in a graphic design firm, who allowed me to handle their real time jobs with their guidance."
ACU National Entry Requirements
Students will need to meet the University's English Language Requirements as well as the following minimum academic requirements to be considered for admission.
Diploma Pathway Programs
High School Graduation: 50% +
Please note: Students who successfully complete a Diploma Pathway Program will be eligible to enter into the 2nd year of a range of ACU National Bachelor Degrees.
Undergraduate (Bachelor) Degrees
Successful completion of at least one year of study at a recognised tertiary or higher education institution or successful completion of a recognised pre-tertiary or foundation program.
An ACU National Diploma Pathway Program will meet this entry requirement.
Postgraduate (Masters) Degrees
A Bachelor Degree equivalent to an Australian Bachelor Degree with a pass that is acceptable to the university. Please note there may be additional entry requirements for specific programs.
